Buick Gran Sport

This 1972 Buick has undergone a comprehensive ground-up pro-touring restoration, turning it into a 1970 GS Stage 1 tribute. The build is documented with hundreds of photos and thorough records. Power comes from a fuel-injected 455ci Buick V8 that was dyno-tested at 562 horsepower and 562 lb-ft of torque, paired with a Tremec 5-speed manual gearbox and a 3.73 Posi-Traction rear end for rear-wheel drive. The engine bay includes a Custom Star air cleaner and a March Performance serpentine belt.

The exterior is finished in Pacific Blue over original sheet metal, with a Dark Blue power-operated convertible top. It sits on an upgraded Global West suspension and 18-inch Raceline wheels with Nitto tires. Inside, the factory pearl white leather is complemented by custom bolstered bucket seats, a matching pearl white trunk interior, and upgraded 3-point seat belts for safety and drivability. The car runs and drives exceptionally well and represents a top-tier build.
